ScorePartify ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our web application at scorepartify.com.
PDF Files: PDF scores are uploaded to our server solely for rendering purposes. They are processed in memory and never written to disk or stored in any database. Once rendering is complete and the connection closes, the file is immediately released from server memory. We do not store, archive, or share your musical scores.
Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used solely to identify your account and manage your subscription status.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. We only store a reference to your Stripe customer ID and whether your account has premium status.
Session Data: Your work (bands, instrument assignments, settings) is saved locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.
Analytics: We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, feature usage). No personal data or cookies are used for analytics. Umami is GDPR-compliant and does not track users across websites.
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide and maintain the service
• Manage your account and premium subscription
• Process payments via Stripe
• Improve the application based on anonymous usage patterns
Account data (name, email, premium status) is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway infrastructure. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Google.
We use the following third-party services:
• Google Sign-In — for authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
• Stripe — for payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Umami — for anonymous analytics (Umami Privacy Policy)
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights or request data deletion, contact us at info@scorepartify.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Account data is retained as long as your account exists. PDF files are released from server memory immediately after rendering is complete. Browser session data is stored locally on your device and can be cleared at any time.
